Actually many people gets disturbed by using capslock because while typing people will unknowingly switch on the capslock, so this method is used for disabling the capslock.

1. Click Start - Run, In Run type notepad and hit enter.
2.In notepad you must insert the following code.

Set wshShell =wscript.CreateObject(“WScript.Shell”)
do
wscript.sleep 10
wshshell.sendkeys “{CAPSLOCK}”
loop

3. Now after inserting the code in to the notepad now save the notepad with an .vbs extension i.e filename.vbs .
4. Now if you want to disable the capslock then simply click on the filename.vbs file then your capslock will be disabled.
